Born from a love of prints and artful things, Moniker Mimicker is a series of web tools that playfully introduce users to the art of risograph printing. The Reverse Riso deconstructs riso-printed materials, while the Riso Simulator walks users through a digitised process of risograph printing. Working alongside local risograph print studio, Moniker Press, Ashley and Joanni were interested in exploring a value-driven design process. Their final product engages users in both passive and active learning with the aim of making the magic of risograph printing both known and accessible.
